.Having trouble using the bank section of pedal. Literature of amp and Sanpera confusing as each seems to define banks and presets differently. Called Peavey for clarification but was met with condescending customer rep who basically insisted that I lacked the intelligence to operate the unit properly.

.I bought the Sanpera 1 right when I bought my vyper. It is easy to program but quickly figured out that I would never be able to use it live. Switching from bank to bank is a pain and switching on the wahis too hard (I have to stand on it to turn it on). Wah expression is a bit of a disappointment, not near the range I prefer. All in all, It's good for those that just play around at home, but not for shows.
