Notice to Customers:
You will need speakers, a receiver with phono input, or a phono preamp to listen to our turntables. They are not included. Please do some research before buying a turntable. Turntables are very delicate, and require a certain amount of knowledge to operate them. Not all of them are fully automatic. Manuals can usually be found online, and we will be happy to give you assistance in finding one if needed. Please let us know immediately if you have any questions, concerns, or trouble with operation. Please see our return policy below.
We do not replace parts unless necessary to preserve the authenticity of our vintage items as much as possible. Anything extra that has been done to one of our items will be mentioned in the description along with any cosmetic flaws. We have serviced and reconditioned our items prior to putting them up for sale. Upon customer request we can do extra modifications/replace parts on our items, but only after the sale is final. This will increase the cost of the item due to the cost of parts/labor. Please contact us prior to purchase for arrangements.
We guarantee that our items will be exactly as we described them. We test them one last time before we ship them. We take great pride in the quality of our work, and our secure packaging. We do not accept returns. The only exception is shipping damage. That is the only reason they would not be working properly as they were in good working order when we packed it. Effective immediately we will be requiring proof of shipping damage. Proof will include pictures, and anything else we deem necessary. If you believe your item was damaged during the shipping process please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) so arrangements can be made, and to aid in the validity of the claim. Belated claims may look fraudulent to the shipping company/parties involved. Unless the item is completely damaged we will attempt to fix the damage, and return your item. We will work with the shipping company to cover our additional shipping costs. You will not be responsible for additional shipping costs due to shipping damage. We are not responsible for lack of knowledge/equipment, product tampering, operator error, change of heart, etc. Although we do not accept returns, we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event you experience any issues. Do not attempt to do anything yourself, or hire outside technicians. We reserve the right to work on equipment bought from us. If you are having an issue we should be the first ones you contact so we can attempt to rectify the problem. Please contact us before attempting to open a returns case. Any violation of our return policy will result in immediate denial, and will be reported.
