The SE A10E is the first all-mahogany guitar in the SE Angelus line up. The all-mahogany body construction of this guitar provides a controlled attack and strong fundamental, delivering a warm, woody tone with a focused, punchy midrange. This strong midrange character allows the A10E to easily find a non-competing place in a mix, making it ideal for both the studio and the stage.
High-quality components include mahogany top, back, sides, and neck, rosewood fretboard, bone nut and saddle, and PRS designed tuners. The SE A10E shares the same proprietary bracing pattern and several distinct construction features as PRS's acclaimed Maryland-made acoustic line, as well as the company's trademark bird inlays and headstock design. The Angelus Cutaway body shape is both aesthetically pleasing and provides easy access to the upper frets.
These guitars come standard with undersaddle electronics that are accessible via the soundhole with both tone and volume controls.

I have been searching for a new guitar for about three months. I've been to three different music stores and this is the third guitar I have ordered from Custom Guitars Friend. The search is over. .I bought this guitar because I was looking for an affordable everyday player. I didn't want to sacrifice build quality and finish work, according to every review I could find about this guitar it seemed to fit the bill. I purchased a scratch and dent model and was blown away with the quality and great condition. I can now have this guitar out in any situation and have no anxiety that something could happen to it, as I do with some other more expensive instruments. The set up was great out of the box, really feels like you are playing an instrument of at least twice the cost. I have played many different models at nearly all prices points and for the money I believe you would be hard pressed to find a better instrument. I was initially worried about running the guitar direct into a PA given it is completely Mahogany but I was pleasantly surprised by the pickup system, I will not hesitate to use this guitar in any setting. If you are a traditionalist it may not be your cup of tea, it absolutely feels like you are playing a well setup electic with closer string spacing than I have expierienced on other acoustics. The finish looks great and is full of shine even without using polishes or wax. When I am in the market for another guitar I will absolutely consider the PRS SE line first.

.This is a very nice guitar for a very nice price. A joy & easy to play. Was perfect out of the box. Good workmanship. A very clear & concise sound and the LR Baggs pickup system is quiet as as a mouse while reproducing the sound of the guitar precisely. I would recommend the guitar especially for the beginner or for those who are on a low budget!
