This product is absolutely fantastic. It works perfectly! It says that you should use 2-3 squirts for each cymbal, but I use 6-8 squirts. If one coat doesn't do it, try another with more elbow grease. Remember: this stuff is not all that expensive; expessially for the quality. The Intensive Cleaner is a bit tracky to use but WELL worth it. I have had my ZBT Crash Ride for about seven years and I used Intensive Cleaning and Polish and Cleaner and it looks brand new (except for the dents in the side). Same with my seven year old Hi-Hats and splash cymbals.This product is really cheap and so worth the money and easy to use. I have the Zildjian polish stuff, and I perfer this WAY more. This might be because I am not confident in how to use the other stuff... but that just shows you how easy a novice cymbal cleaner can do this. .This is a cheap product, and from my exp. what you pay for is what you get. This is an alright product, but if your cymbals are very dirty then you might want yo try something else, and the shell cleaner leaves way to many streaks and wasn'tt at all worth it.

.I used this to clean my cymbal for the first time in 3 years. You can imagine they were quite dirty. This stuff works, but is definitely not a quick fix solution. I spent a good amount of time scrubbing to get that brand new shine, but I expected it with the condition they were in. Be prepared to use a couple more rags than just the one they give you in the box.
