Product Features

Cited as a major influence by wah-wah masters such as Hendrix, Clapton, and Vaughn--Buddy Guy helped establish the wah-wah as part of the blues vocabulary. To honor his contributions Dunlop has created the Crybaby Buddy Guy Signature Wah Pedal, featuring the Fasel Inductor for a sweet and singing top end, and 2 distinct user selectable wah voices--choose DEEP for a big and throaty growl, or BG for Buddy's own warm and bell-like wah tone. Convenient side-mounted LEDs indicate which mode you are in, while a separate LED indicates effect on/off. Let your guitar sing the blues in style with the Buddy-approved polka dot graphics and custom signature tread.

Dunlop BG-95 Buddy Guy Wah Pedal
.The Buddy Guy Wah has two distinctive sounds that are both very usable. The tap switch is easy to operate and the red and blue LEDs make it easy to see which voicing is active. Pedal is rugged built and has a gloss polka dot paint job.Sounds great through a Vox amp with either Strat or Les Paul.

.I already has a regular Cry Baby and a VOX. I was surching for a great Wah wah to play CREAM, HENDRIX and my song with my band in Brazil.
I FOUND IT and has a lot of polska dots!
The best wah wah i ever tried.
If you whant a wah wah with a lot of controls this is not for you.
Two option of sounds and both are REALLY AMAZING!
Like any other pedal made by Dunlop FANTASTIC!
Great valeu. Really nice construction, leds and SOUNDS!
Dunlop BG-95 Buddy Guy Wah Pedal
.I have gone through countless wahs (crybabys, vox, fulltone, morley, etc.) trying to find the perfect tone. Where all others have failed, this pedal shines. It has two beautifully voiced settings that take you from funk to metal and everywhere in between. The "BG" setting has a more trebly range, and makes for burning, distorted leads, or sweet funk and reggae clean tones. The "Deep" setting is darker, and is much like Joe Perry's wah tone on "Nobody's Fault". This setting is what sold me on the pedal. It may not be "tweak-able" like some other wahs, but in my eyes the two ranges it delivers are far above-and-beyond what any other wah can do. If you can't find your ideal wah pedal, give this guy a shot. It just may be the answer to your prayers.

.I got this wah a while ago. I love it! It is on my pedal board and replaced my old Dunlop wah. This one has a smoother tone and not nasally or watery like the Vox or other Dunlops (whether this is good or not depend on which tones one wants from their wah). The second voicing makes this wah-wah very fun to experiment with. Whether you like Buddy Guy or not (how could you not like Buddy?), get this wah, it won't fail you or make you weep and moan.

.I've been pondering what kind of wah to purchase. I've researched and did some more researched. I was browsing the different types of wah musiciansfriend offer and this one caught my eye. Upon seeing a youtube demo of this wah it sounds amazing! So I bought it. I didn't want my first wah to be some generic crybaby that everyone buys. This wah has a sound all on its own. This wah screams on distortion and sings on clean tones. This is wah is worth the money well...the value doesn't matter...the sound is worth the money. Purchase this wah its worth it.
Dunlop BG-95 Buddy Guy Wah Pedal
.Dont even think about buying any other wah. I recently purchased the dime wah and then returned it for this one. I can't even say how well of a move that was! In comparrison this is the type of wah that you think of when people refer to wah pedals. Its loud phscedelic and very very warm and bell-like tone. The dime on the other hand is fine if you like thinner wahs that are not really that loud or "in your face". I use this in all of my solos and is NOT ONLY GREAT FOR FUNK AND BLUES, in fact i think it shines on hard rock and metal solos just because of how full of tone this wah is. Dont take any risks with other wahs. You wont regret it! Its Dunlop AND its Buddy.....how can you go wrong?
Dunlop BG-95 Buddy Guy Wah Pedal
.After reading several reviews and doing my own extensive research, I decided that this was the pedal for me. Turns out, I was right!! It's Great when THAT Happens. I'm a big Buddy Guy fan and wanted a wah pedal that sounded the way I wanted it to. They are difficult to find in stores, but reasearching videos helped. I've found it usefull for Blues and Rock which I play most frequently. To get picky, The only downside is the BG engage on/off switch (which works easily) limits the locations for placement on a pedal board. Other than that, Very Happy with my purchase!
Dunlop BG-95 Buddy Guy Wah Pedal
.Been a while since I had a Dunlop Cry Baby. The BG signature is a great sounding and versatile pedal. Should have gotten one long ago. Loving it!
Dunlop BG-95 Buddy Guy Wah Pedal
.Really great,
The 2 modes is very usable.
When i changed from a regular cry baby to a regular Vox i found good, but when i changed form vox do BUDDY WAH .... WOOOHHHH that's what i was looking for .... great vocal sound, beatifull with drives and boosters ....
If you play classic rock/ blues you can't go wrong with this pedal... just perfect!

And it's BEATIFULLLLLLLLL to!
