This trigger action capo is easily moved from one position to the next and performs exactly as designed. If you play with the aid of a capo there is no need to look further.

.I own the guitar version of this capo, which is great. This one, however, didnt work for me. The capo was too difficult to move on the fretboard. I felt like I was going to break a string because I could barely get it open enough to use. It also seems to be made for a thinner neck than I have. Perhaps I just received a faulty capo from the batch and the rest are fine. I returned this one and found a different type of capo for my banjo.

.Not as easy to use or as effective as I'd hoped
Clumsy on and off; sharpens the tuning too much.
However it's well constructed and hopefully the spring
will weaken somewhat allowing quicker changes.
If you have time to adjust the capo finding a spot that
Doesn't detune it works fairly well.

.There were some songs that I was playing on my tenor guitar that didn't sound quite like I wanted and I decided to try a capo. I usually don't capo. But this is a nice option for a slightly different sound in a tenor guitar which can sound a little weaker than a full 6 string.

.Seems to be made well. I like it.

.Have the guitar version as well and love it. Not a big fan of the other capos out there. Only complaint with this one is I will like it could allow for a slightly larger neck thickness. I feel like it's over extended on my RK banjo. Also I feel like my guitar dunlop capo has lost some of it's stiffness in the spring but I've owned it now for 8 years so it's to be expected.

.It works great if you get it on. Mine has started literally flying apart if I don't put it on using both hands. It may just be defective I don't know. Like I said other than that it works great. Doesn't mute the string's.

.I have a guitar-banjo and the neck is wide so this particular capo is perfect!
