The custom CC Tuba is a solid instrument. Great sound and excellent resonance and a terrific low register make this one a keeper. This horn is big enough to hold down any ensemble with great presence. The large bore and bell add plenty of color to the sound.
The model 822 was developed using some of the breakthrough technology used in the 621 series. Great low register and a singing sound are just two of the many features that are found on this instrument. Great intonation makes this easy to play without resorting to alternate fingerings. The sound carries very well with a slight brightness to it that is very attractive.
