Beautifully crafted recorder. Excellent bang for the buck. Compares in quality and design to a Von Huene recorder priced four times more than this.

C and C# keys have a nice firm solid feel with light action.

Comes with a really good hard case, cleaning rod, and cork grease.

.It's way to expensive for a recorder.

.I purchased this recorder a couple weeks ago. The breaking in process is going quite smooth. No signs of cracking so far. I would like to note that this recorder is semi hand made. Most of it is machined. The tone holes look shaded by hand. And the labium has evidence of being hand cut. The funny part is that if you hold this recorder up to the plastic tenor, all the features line up. But sound wise this recorder sounds way better than its plastic counterpart. The only bad part of owning a wooden recorder is that you can't use it for more than 1 hour a day.
