Quality was not as I expected but I think I expected too much. Very thin and not able to clean/swab after use. Works fine for my young 4th grader who was eager to start the flute.Doesn't come with a case even though customer service said it did before I ordered. They sent me the case cover with a pouch for the headjoint, which is inadequate. needs to make a small case for it. BUT they sent it to the wrong address. I clearly stated the address AGAIN after they asked if it should be sent to the same address the headjoint was sent. It was sent to my sister who I sent a gift for over 4 years ago. Too bad she has since moved. 3 weeks later, I received the case cover. Too bad I intended to give the headjoint to the student that first week. Customer service was awful. Product is only OKAY. Shouldn't be used too long if possible.
