After sampling many guitars this one spoke to me from the very first strum. I have played Martins and Taylors and I fully believe this guitar is right up there with the "big" names but at one-half the price. .I played this guitar at a local music store and to tell you the truth it blew me away. I couldn't believe the sound I was getting from this guitar. I have played Taylors and Martins that cost over 2 times as much as this guitar and this guitar is equal to some of them and even better than some. I don't know how they do the A.R.E. stuff, but it really works. I ordered one from M. friend and it even sounds better than the one I played in my local store. The pick-up system is excellent it is very clear and natural sounding. Playability is right up there with Taylor. The case is nice too. If you have to have Taylor or Martin on your headstock then go ahead and put out a lot more money on a guitar. If you don't then make one of the best buys you'll ever make and pick up one of these guitars. I promise you, you wont be sorry. And the next time you play the guitar around some of your friends that paid a lot of money for that Taylor, you might have them asking why. And that's the truth.
