While I think its crazy that you have to buy a survival kit to even be able to plug a YPG235 into the wall, this kit does have what you need. The headphones that are included are very simple and I'd suggest you buy Sennheiser HD201 Pro Closed Back HeadphonesItem #: 242417000000000 in addition if what you're buying this for is headphones. Same with the foot pedal. Its not a sustain pedal but a foot switch pedal. If you want a sustain pedal, buy FC4 Piano-Style Sustain Pedal Item #: 151550000000000. .If all you need is a power supply, buy it separately. The foot switch I received stop working in an hour or so. It's really not made well. I had to call MF and they sent me a upgraded replacement, which was very nice of them. The supplied headphones in the kit are really for emergencies only.
