I bought 3 of these stands in 98, and all three are still kicking. Even after traveling the states multiple times.I change the felts and cymbal base every year, or when needed. These stands are in a class all to themselves. .This stand is way stronger than I had originally thought. I am a Touring drummer who is in the process of converting ALL my stands to . The first stands that I bought as a kid(circa 91'-92') were 's and I am still using them to this day(same stands)! Over the years I bought a few Pearl stands,but they faded out. I will never use another stand..you can take that to the bank!
