The WP11SNS is based on designs Washburn used over 100 years ago. It features a mahogany back and sides for a slightly more focused, articulate tone and pearl dot fingerboard inlays. This 24.75" scale model features a natural stain finish, solid cedar top supported by quarter sawn scalloped sitka spruce bracing, abalone rosette and standard Washburn rosewood bridge. The mahogany neck features a rosewood fingerboard with 44mm nut and gold open gear tuners. These specs produce a nicely balanced tone perfect for fingerpicking and singer/song writers. The clarity of the parlor sized body is especially suited to recording and mic'd performance.

This is my second Washburn and again I am impressed with the overall feel and quality, feels like a custom built guitar. Beautiful Cedar hardtop with Abalone inlay, simple and clean lines with simple but ornate head stock and fret board inlays. I researched a ton of guitars in many tiers of pricing and to get this guitar for about 55% of retail was a big deal for me. The guitar plays way bigger than it appears, excellent resonance - I play a lot of open tunings, particularly G and this guitar is extremely comfortable in that zone with only light touches required to get a full sound. I played several other guitars in my search at stores including Recording King and they don't come close for feel and quality. Congrats to Washburn for continuing to produce excellent quality guitars at extremely reasonable pricesWashburn WP11SNS Parlor Acoustic Guitar Satin Natural
.Well built, small but most certainly a real guitar and a quality guitar.Very nicely crafted, nice finish, comfortable, easy play, sounds very good. I have a jumbo washburn acoustic, a fender strat.and this wp11sns. If I were allowed only one guitar, it would be this washburn parlor guitar. I love it. I have only had it 2 months now, it is the one I pick up 90% of the time.

.This is a nice guitar but the tone was not for me. Also the neck is wider then the other parlors I played. Still a nice guitar.
