The extensive custom features include- Tap Tuned (by Aaron Cowles) top and back, AAA Quilted Maple back & rim, Eagle inlay into the Ebony tailpiece insert, triple ply f hole binding, inlaid full contact Ebony bridge, floating humbucker, custom quilted Maple pickguard, all solid woods, deluxe inlays & bindings, Cupid’s bow, Gold Grover Rotomatic tuning keys with stairstep buttons, fancy 5 piece Maple neck, Ebony fingerboard with traditional split block inlays, 1-11/16” nut width, 25.5” scale length, 20 medium jumbo frets that have never been played, original case & warranty card. When she arrived from Kalamazoo- Jay opened the case, stared for a time, closed the case & put her away. Now, it’s time for this rare beauty to be adopted to a good loving home. She needs to be played and enjoyed. So beautifully crafted in the historic Parsons Street shop in old Kalamazoo. This is the nicest Super Eagle alive, and it “is” alive.
