The classic Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal creates real vintage tremolo guitar sounds and variations. Built-in wave knob lets you alter the LFO waveform from triangle to square for a wider range of tremolo variations. Rate knob is a sweepable high-speed LFO control, allowing the Boss TR-2 greater control over tremolo speed.

This is a great littel Tremolo pedal. Sounds decent, is quite versatile, easy to use, and the buffer is very good also. Boss has fixed the volume drop the older units had, and now has a trim pot on the circuit board that will allow the volume to be set to whatever volume desired. I prefer my Tremolo volume a little over unity so I adjusted mine. The features, sound, and price, make this an excellent value. Don't let the low price deter you because this little Trem pedal can hold it's own even against many higher priced units.Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal
.Currently performing in stage band for the musical, "Happy Days." Score calls for tremolo in several places, and it really adds to the fifties-era sound we're going for. And NO power drain, as reported in some other reviews. The TR-2 is one of the best of the 6 Boss pedals I've purchased.

.This pedal will be a key component of all you tones
2 Words.....buy it.
This is my favorite pedal.
I have owned it about 1 month now and it is awesome.
It stays on all the time.
Set this pedal to 10:00 on the depth at a fairly slow speed and leave it on all the time.
I gives a 3rd dimension to your tone.
Warning: There is no turning back after you use this pedal.
Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal
.This is a simple pedal. It provides a very controllable tremolo (which I always called vibrato) that can be continuously dialed from a soft sine wave to a hard square wave. This gives you the versatility to play everything from old rock-n-roll to recent heavy metal.
Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal
.Wow what a great pedal. The day I got it I played it for hours and I still have a hard time switching it off. From Born on the Bayou to whatever you could imagine this extremely powerful pedal will be sure to fill your bill!

.In the final analysis, it beats my Peavey Delta Blues tremolo, which I think has a better vintage vibe than Deluxe Reverbs I've A/B'd. Both had volume drop, 2007+ TR-2s don't. Previously had a Danelectro Cool Cat Trem, which was good, but true bypass on/off had a very audible click. It also introduced a noticeable treble & volume boost. None of those issues w/the Boss. There a many boutique trems out there, w/more features & tweakability. The TR-2 covers all of the ground I'm looking for.
I'm mostly a vintage style trem guy, occasionally like a harder chop. This'll do it. Won't do the hardest of helicopter chops but that's OK. Covers the spectrum of useable (for me) speeds. NO volume drop (unlike my amp) and tonally transparent.
Standard Boss quality, which most folks agree, is long on durability.
Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal
. fits on my pedal board
This pedal is to give me that tremolo/vibrato effect that is lacking from my Music Man amp.
Easy to use. Simple knobs and settings. I'm a plug in and go guitar player.
built to last, easy to use
on sale for $99, you can spend alot more or less, the cheap pedals are not FULL sounding as TR2
the expensive ones are not practical on a simple pedal board
Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal
.Great sound out of a little box that expect from a Boss pedal. The rate knob gives you a wide range of tempos to choose from. The pedal sounds professional. There is no noise and no perceived signal loss when engaging it. It's a Boss pedal so it's solid and the size makes it easy to fit on your board. There are other tremolo pedal options out there but for a basic tremolo pedal it delivers a lot for the relatively low cost. Lot more expensive options, but I still prefer this to all I've tried.

.Awesome pedal!! You get a great sound from a classic tremolo to a new modern sound. I highly recommend this to someone who is looking for a wide variety of sounds. This is great for people recording st home to professional studios! A small venue or a huge arena!!!
