I bought this to mitigate an issue with the TC Helicon harmonizer I own. The Helicon uses guitar signal for pitch correction but has an issue in that there is a signal bleed from the Helicon that causes a distortion in the guitar signal. I use the stereo signal to send the guitar magnetic signal to my amp, and the Fishman piezo signal to the Helicon, totally eliminates the distortion issue. That said, it does make a nice acoustic-like sound which I am experimenting with and may comment on in the future. Adds a new dimension to an already great guitar (American Deluxe Stratocaster).
