For authentic alt-rock pop-punk Telecaster style, the Jim Adkins JA-90 Telecaster Thinline delivers the authentic mid-2000s tone and vibe of the Jimmy Eat World frontman’s distinctive instrument. Adkins joined us to design this semi-hollow guitar, based on his TC-90 Telecaster and hot-rodded with several special design modifications that make it the very embodiment of sonic “sweetness.”

What was refurbished on this guitar:
When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was a few light scratches on the pickguard (which do not show up in photos). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from the minor pickguard scratches, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "used" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
