I made the switch to Acoustic a few months ago after spending the last 35 plus years doing the band scene and since I'm on a low budget, I bought a new Squire SA-100 Acoustic Guitar which suits my needs just fine. I decided to give these strings by Fender a shot since they were relatively low priced and made by Fender of course. I mean how can you go wrong with Fender, right ? After having to change set after set just about every week , I've decided it's time to find another brand and that's because these strings just don't last if you play every day like I do. Don't get me wrong, they do sound great ,but they're just not long lasting and I would like to have strings on mu guitar which I can leave on for at least a few weeks instead of having to change every week.Fender 70L 80/20 Bronze Acoustic Strings - Light
.During the winter months in the southeast, these fender acoustic strings last and last. But I've seen then ruin in one day when exposed to the humidity of other times of the year. Otherwise, the strings settle into a sort of medium tone and barring humidity, last and last.
