I know these are for an electric guitar but I have put these on an old acoustic guitar because I like the thinner strings which makes the guitar easier to play and there is less screech when playing chords. I know there are probably some people who would say I'm doing wrong but the guitar sounds good and is definitely easier to play. As far as the strings the quality is there and they stay in tune so you can concentrate on whatever you might be playing. .I usually use the tamer pure nickel Fender's as my primary guitar is a telecaster. I decided to try the 250L's, but with some reservation about being overly bright. They actually worked very well retaining the traditional tele tone without added shrillness. They also work nicely with my stratocaster. At their reasonable price point, I will continue to use them.

Since I play mostly rhythm I use the center selector. These strings sound more mellow than the strings I was using. Was expecting the opposite.

.I use these strings on a couple of Fender Telecasters and a modified PRS One. They play well and have good tone. I'm very rough on strings and break them quite frequently. These strings are inexpensive and I can afford to change them out more often. When one breaks in the middle of a performance, it isn't really a bad thing. The crowd picks up on it and seems to like to see how you can play with whatever remaining strings are left. No big deal. I like the .010 gauge and the lighter .009 gauge don't have the tone I like even though they bend easier. I really haven't tried a lot of different brands, because these are perfectly adequate for my needs.

.I've used mostly D'Addarrio strings for years but recently had a Fender E-Certificate and these strings were on sale so I tried em out. They sound great on my strat, much better than I thought they would. We'll see how they wear from here, but I'm considering switching over.
