Featuring the shallow/flat neck angle, low action, and bright, snappy tone characteristic of the best flamenco guitars, the Solista Flamenca guitar is handmade in Spain by the same luthiers who build instruments for the world-famous Gipsy Kings. A solid European spruce top is mated to solid cypress back and sides with precision craftsmanship. Multiple bindings on the top, back, and tie post, combined with a multi-layer headstock veneer make this a beautiful guitar. Includes case.

Affordable!I just picked this up, and it is truly a well made instrument, like those actually made from Spain which cost an arma and a leg. For those of us who are on a budget, and CAN'T spend $3000.00 and up for those guitars from Spain....The Cordoba staff here makes this guitar Solista, stand up to those pricey ones(Flamenco), In order to get a true Flamenco sound, one doesn't have to spend thousands to get a good sound. The Solista, truly stands alone within the Flamenco guitars, it has crips raspy trebles, the lows are fine tuned for a nice deep growl like a true Flamenco guitar, but hey wait this is actually a real true to the heart Flamenco at a fraction of the $$. It's lightweight, yet sturdy at the same time, and mic'd properly projects awesome-ly!! I compared this one to my Hermanos Conde, and i hate to admit this but it sounds just a little more Flamenco than the Conde A28 Concert Flamenco which i have had for 12 years, and is my baby, However, now the Solista, is the younger sibling to the Conde. It is a magnificent sounding guitar, but that is just my opinion, i suggest you get out there and try it out for yourself, you will not be dissapointed!

.I got a great deal on this guitar from Custom Guitarsfriend. I have been playing for over 20 years. I went through almost all high-end guitars from different brands and I to me this guitar is the best one I have ever played. The neck is very comfortable to play and the response to fingers is fast. This one is definitely a keeper.
