I have 2 other Cordobas and I love how full their tone and playability are - their necks are considerably thinner (from fretboard to back of the neck - not nut width) than most nylon string guitars making faster playing easier for me. So you can say I was a fan before purchasing my Fusion Rose 12.The Fusion line caught my eye for two reasons: the radiused fretboard with a slightly thinner nut width and the Fishman Presys Blend function (on the higher tier models like Rose & Orchestra) that has a microphone and a piezo pickup that can be blended to get a sound truer to the tone of the guitar unamplified. The plunky and thin sound of the piezo is harder to warm up, but with the blended mic, you can easily get the right combination that cuts through the mix or gives a full sound spectrum for solo performances.
I was worried about buying one sight unseen, but I am completely happy with my purchase of the Rose 12 as it is easier to play for players used to electrics or steel strings because of the thinner nut (and the forementioned thinner neck). Another nice feature is the fret markers go past the 9th fret to the 12th and 15th frets, where on the C5 models there are only markers on 5th, 7th and 9th. This keeps me better oriented when playing leads.
One of the other things about Cordobas that I have noticed is they set the action super low on most of their guitars and to get a more classical sound, I have had to raise the bridge saddle to keep that muting buzz that flamenco guys love from keeping the sustain I need for some classical pieces. The Fusion is set just right with no need for adjustment and it has a slight radius as well.
If you are on the market for a nylon string guitar to get the sounds the steel strings just can't do, this guitar is worth looking into if you aren't a fan of the typical baseball bat thick necks that most Classical and Flamenco guitars have. This guitar is beautiful and has great sound plugged in and unplugged! If you want a fantastic crossover guitar, this is it!

.Great guitar, it looks amazing- the pictures don't do it justice. If you have bad technique you'll get a little bit of a fret buzz. Its only on the low E and A strings- probably through the 4th or 5th fret. I've readjusted, raised the bridge a little and playing with both tightening and loosening the truss rod and I can't get it perfect, thought it is better. If you have good technique(fingers close to the fret on the fret board) it sound great, but if you're on the back half of the fret and playing louder than feels natural for the guitar it'll buzz a little. All in all really good though.
