Actually new. I removed this speaker from a brand new Fender Rumble 115 v3 cabinet and replaced it with a 4 ohm, high watt neodyminium speaker to accommodate my head. It's 8 ohms rated at 300 watts, 600 watts program. Ceramic magnet making it fairly light weight. Turned on once in my livingroom. Sounds great.
