Essentially new.  I bought this for Christmas and played it once on New Years Eve with a friend and haven't played it since.  I don't see myself playing this guitar very much and I have too many guitars already.  Better that it go to a good home.  It came with a white pick gaurd that I will include as well as the case and some extra strings.  Upgraded from the factory with Custom Shop pickups.  I paid $1200 plus tax and shipping; about $1300 when it was all said and done.
