I'm selling the last and best of my six Selmer Mark VI horns, an alto produced in 1961 (S/N 93xxx) that is in truly exceptional condition.  Very few Mark VI horns (my estimate is less than 0.1%) are in the same or better condition today, and it plays and sounds wonderfully.  This alto would be the jewel in someone's collection or the pride and joy of an advanced sax player. In making a purchase decision, consider the rarity and future value of such a horn, as well as the enjoyment of owning and playing it - a Mark VI saxophone from an iconic period in Selmer's history.

This horn is completely original except for the neck cork, including the lacquer finish. I have owned it since 2002 and played only a few times.
