This is a Jazz bass pickguard in parchment for USA Fender Jazz or similar. It is 3-ply, 10 screw holes, brand new and sealed in its retail package.
Does it fit my Jazz?? email us for a scanned image in a 8.5" X 11" .pdf of an Allparts Jazz pickguard. While the color is different - easier to print black &white - its the same model and size as the actual pickguard. Print that out (note, avoid scaling or otherwise adjusting the print size) and you will know for sure.
