WOW! What a find.. papatom is the net searcher.  I get emails on my site from Fender System 3 collectors and musicians that love these Fender System 3 bridges with locking Bar and locking lever nut at least 4 or 5 times a year.  I have sold in the past 8 years one of these guitars, a neck with locking lever nut, and a body with the shorty Gilmore bar.. And recently I sold a Sys 3 Bar just last week and had another on hand.. 
To find a 1985 mid 80's Contemporary with Humbuckers like this in this condition is like finding a needle in a hay stack.  Sorry I get real excited over these guitars as you know. 
Description.
First I have to say the body is in great shape as you see in the pictures.  (excuse the dust, black is so hard to picture and fight with the dust)   A few bumps but NO Dings.. or chips.. not bad for a 32 year old Vintage Contemporary FS3 Strat.  The bridge is in full working order with a slight pitting on the Chrome you can hardly see in the pictures.. Complete with Original Push in locking System 3 Bar.. And the part I love is the sound generated from these two over sized Humbuckers with 3 way switch and both Humbuckers coil tapped.. So it's full blast in the down position and cut that in half in the up position for a gentler softer mode.
Rubber Grip F logo Volume and a TBX Tone Control with middle indent, boost bass or treble without cutting other frequencies like a regular hi end tone boost with bass filtering cap. 
As you can see the Neck is in Excellent condition with no lean marks or anything.. again check pictures for that beautiful maple grain.. Upgraded with American Standard Tuners which is a plus and do I have to say.. A fully functional in great condition Locking lever Nut.. 
I don't think I missed any thing but look at the pictures closely, I will probably do a you tube on this one as well.. sorry Vintage and swappable parts Sold as Is.. no returns.. Comes in cased in an original mid 1980's Fender Bubble case.  This one is good, it has some denting on the seal where the latches are from being a tight fit, but case seals perfectly.. I was going to part this out for a quick sale and more money but I didn't want to break up a perfect original vintage instrument.  I'm too sentimental about these Fender mid 80's Contemporary Strats and Tele's..
