Ok, here's one you don't see everyday!  We believe this EKO 995 comes to us from 1963.
An Italian made 4 string hollow body bass with "F" holes, this thing just screams vintage cool!
Full disclosure on this baby, she's a little rough! There is significant finish checking, and some cracks in the wood as well as a bit of warping on the top.  It appears that the tuners and the original tailpiece have been replaced, but the original tailpiece is included but damaged.  Also included is the original pickgaurd and an extra bridge. At some point there was a really cool flower sticker applied and then removed. There is still some pretty stubborn adhesive on the top of the guitar. 
Yep, those are the original EKO strings, and there is another set of EKO strings(used) in the case.
The case is also original and in pretty good condition.
The guitar seems to function properly although the input jack is a little wonky.
This old girl is probably not quite gig ready for your Beatles tribute band, but still a great  find!
