.I travel a good bit and, so far, have only used the "Silent" guitar for that purpose. I can take it into a hotel, have fun with the instrument, and disturb no one.
It really does sound better than I expected and may be used for other purposes.

.I'm happy with the guitar after making a few modifications. I had to sand down the extremely sharp edge on the top / back, where your right arm rest on the guitar. It was cutting into my arm. I also lower the action, and now it plays nicely for me. The finish looks like nothing more than a coat or two of polyurethane. Definitely not a quality finish...

.I could not be more happy with this guitar! I purchased it to just "give it a try" and I'll tell you, this thing is a keeper. I plugged in the headphones and was impressed with the range of sounds that you can get though the pickup blend (I keep mine about 3/4 turn into the SRT stystem). I can sit and practice with my wife watching TV, and she has no issues with my playing.
Best yet, I plugged into my Fishman Loudbox Artist, and this thing sounds killer! I have no doubt that it will hold up in a stage performance, and the unique design provides a great look for performances (though I haven't played it out yet). Again, I could be happier with this guitar.

.This guitar is well made and certainly an attention getter. I filed the bridge saddle down about an 1/8" and put extra light strings on it. This improved the "playability" 100%. The guitar sounds surprisingly good through a PA or acoustic amp. I added an EQ peddle and it really, really helped round out the sound. With these tweaks, you'll have yourself a "keeper"!

I really like the lightweight, packability, and tonal possibilities of this guitar. It's great for practicing when you need to be quiet and respectful of those you live around.
