When I got this keyboard yesterday I stayed up till 3am playing with it. It has hundreds of things you can do with it, it may not be a casio and feel like a real piano but I personally like it better because there is soooo much you can do with it. all the 500 voices are as realistic as they can get. they keys arent weighted which kinda sucks for using the piano but otherwise i have not one complaint. lastly the speakers sound amazing and of very high quality. One of the best items i have bought in my life :)

.If you're looking for a cheap professional keyboard, then you should save your money for a little while longer. This is a great in-home keyboard with lots of features and nice sound for recording, but if your like me and are expecting a whole lot more than your cheapy 76 key keyboard, then save up your money for something professional.

.The YPG535 does not have a good quality piano sound. I purchased this keyboard for a school and am very disappointed in the quality of the feel, touch, and sound of the instrument. I personally own a Casio Privia with weighted keys (same price), but sounds and feels MUCH better than the YPG 535. This keyboard was ordered by a school over the summer, and I just now opened the box and set it up to use (end of August). I'm not sure at this point if I can exchange it for a different keyboard.

.I have played many keyboards that were of the same price/quality range and I am very satisfied with this pruduct. The manual is easy to use and the select buttons are very user friendly. I bought it to practice at home because my main instruments were at the rehearsal space but I am considering using it in live performances. Great sounds and great portability by removing the 4 screws that are underneath to use on any other music stand.

.I have been using this keyboard to accompany songs in the recording studio and it has worked great. All the various voices have worked great filling my tracks. The keys seem very durable and the touch sensitivity works well. This keyboard has turned out to be exactly what I was looking for when I bought it.

.Packed full of features, for the price. The Grand Piano sound is good once you reduce the on-board effects. Was disappointed that it doesn't have a piano-feel. Was really hoping for a weighted action, but overall, I can't complain. It's a beautiful board, sounds great, and had a reasonable pricetag. I made a great choice.

. It has lots of potentially good sounds but on mine they do not measure up. If it sounded like the demos it would be fantastic! Mine sounds like an out of tune piano. If this was my only experience with Yahama I would be inclined to never even consider anything that has the name on it. I am used to playing a REAL Yahama grand piano that is wonderful!
I was not able to play it much right after receiving it and discarded the carton and packing or I would have sent it back.
The touch is horrible! If I play a little harder to increase volume the sound is distorted - just horrible!
I have a 61 key Casio that is about 38 years old and the touch on it is really good. No distortion when played heavier.
I will not recomend this to anyone.
Yamaha YPG-535 88-Key Portable Grand Piano Keyboard
.When the keyboard is first turned on, the sound wows. Piano tone is fantastic, and speakers are dead-on. When layering tones, sound can become sketchy, especially with sustain pedal (only 32 note polyphony). On-board arranging is powerful once it?s figured out. The wide variety of intro/outro/fill sounds with accompaniment chords and beats is intuitive and endlessly entertaining (I?m lovin? some EuroTrance . . . mm-tss-mm-tss). Playing high up on the keys or loud on the pinkies can be a little difficult. The GST feel allows for excellent expression but can make an irritating *snatch* sound when depressed. I returned the keyboard for a Casio PX130 because of its hammer-weighted feel, but the Casio couldn?t beat the ?s ability to fine tune settings, especially reverb.User interface is clear and excellent via the selection wheel. Extra songs can be saved by hooking a flash/jump drive into the back of the keyboard, though its user interface is a little trickier.Output: 1/4" jack

.I received my piano to-day and I am very surprised at the quality of the product for the price. I took lessons when I was young. I am retiring, and plan to start learning all over again. After two hours I learned a lot about this piano, and I am excited to learn to play. This site delivered 100%. I will do all of my music shopping from them. What a great store. If your thinking about buying this product you should.

.Purchaced one of these for my son. Wasn't long before 2 series of keys started behaving erratically (volume) then quit altogether. I called 's support desk and got no response. I would rate this a complete piece of junk and wouldn't recommend any product based on their customer response.
