Crafted in Japan, the ESP E-II V-STD Electric Guitar features neck-thru construction with a "V" shaped mahogany body. Its 3-piece maple neck has a thin ESP "U" neck contour and an ebony fingerboard that is dressed with 24 extra jumbo frets and dot inlays. Other features on this ESP guitar include, Gotoh locking tuners, Schaller straplocks, white fingerboard binding, and black hardware.
The ESP E-II S-STD is loaded with EMG-60/81 Active humbuckers. These blistering pickups have ceramic magnets and close aperture coils. The EMG 60 neck pickup packs plenty of output with both clarity and cut-through high end. The EMG 81 produces a tone with detailed intensity, incredible amounts of high-end cut, and fluid sustain. Controls include a individual volume, master tone, and a 3-way selector switch. Includes hardshell case.
