2002 Gretsch
Guitars G6120SH Brian Setzer
Hot Rod Hollowbody
Electric Guitar in excellent condition with little to no playwear on
the front and some light scratches on the back. Beautiful gloss purple finish on
the top, back, sides, neck and headstock with white binding, silver plexi pickguard
and chrome hardware. The guitar has a nice action and the slim profile maple
neck with a bound dark "ebonized" rosewood fretboard has a great feel. The frets
are in excellent condition.
The TV Jones designed Hot Rod humbuckers have
a great tone with good output. The electronics are simple with a master volume
and a 3-way pickup selector. The guitar is equipped with an adjust-o-matic
bridge, Bigsby tremolo tailpiece and Gretsch tuners. This is a nice instrument
with a quality feel. The guitar has a good resonant, acoustic tone and when
plugged in really has some serious tone, not to mention it plays easily letting
your playing style influence the overall sound.
Includes the
original Gretsch hard shell case.

OVERVIEW
A hot-rodded version of the original Nashville 6120!
TV Jones designed Hot Rod humbuckers
crank out that fiery, edgy Setzer tone and work well with the V-style Bigsby
vibrato. Adjustable bridge with an ebony base, bound and ebonized rosewood
fretboard with thumbnail inlays, and chrome hardware including a chrome
headstock plate identifying it as a Hot Rod add up to extremely sharp
looks.
