This is not a reissue or copy and it a genuine USA made 70s model. It has a flight case although this is not a Fender.
Sound wise these guitars are amazing and it's quite possible to get both a warm, full Gibson sound and the more traditional Telecaster twang by adjusting the pick up selection and tone controls.
The neck is more like a Stratocaster than a Telecaster and very easy to play both chords and lead.
Only selling as I rarely use it these days and a guitar like this deserves to be played, heard and gigged.
I'd prefer not to have to ship this, but would consider if within the UK
Here's the standard information on these models:
The Telecaster Deluxe was one of several updated Telecaster designs of the
CBS-era along with the Telecaster Thinline and Custom. The Deluxe wielded two
Wide Range humbucker pickups as designed by former Gibson innovator, Seth
Lover. Unlike most Telecasters, this guitar also featured a 'belly-cut' contour
on the back of the body.
