I purchased 8 of these nicely constructed, moderately priced 20-foot long Fender mic cables to connect to a Whirlwind 25-foot long 12-input compact drop snake to connect to our Carvin XP1000L powered mixer which is used to power a pair of Yamaha CM10V vocal monitors and feed the front-of-house church PA.Although a significant investment in new cabling costs, this new setup is less frustrating to use than the former 45-foot long seven mic cable "bundled-snake" that tended to tangle especially at the XLR female connector end when connecting up to the seven E-V ND767a vocal mics.
For storage, a medium suitcase holds the Whirlwind compact drop snake, while a large suitcase holds the eight 20-foot mic cables, each coiled up and banded with a homemade Velcro (TM) fastener.

.best XLR cable i ever own ,it says 7.5 m on it but i watch a youtube video its really a 8, makes my amp head sound louder .and i have 75 feet of it ,it never loses any sound ,the man at the music store said i could put 900 feet together and never lose any power ,Fender makes the best xlr cables
