I used this body to build a new bass as a backup to my normal bass. The body was perfect. The finish was amazing. All the pre- drilled hole line up great. Sound is great and it looks very sharp. .I built a Fender MIM bass from the ground up. I bought the body, neck and some accessories from Custom Guitar's Friend. I also chose a Gotoh high mass bridge and a Seymour Duncan split pickup. It's a great body and I love it. Be AWARE that yet there are bridge screw holes drilled ... not so for the pickguard holes and the pick-up holes. Be sure and use an awl to start where you are going to drill. One really has to be paying attention when drilling and all.
