While a bit on the heavy side at 5.5 lbs, it was perfect for my project since a Tele sound was not the end goal. (Seymour Duncan BG-1400 Esquire)Fender Vintage style Bridge and string ferrules fit perfectly. A Fender telecaster neck was purchased at the same time and neck pocket fitment was good.
The olympic white finish is beautiful and while the tone is hard to capture in a photo, it's a very light cream color.

I wanted ro order this out of curiosity to see the quality of the body and the manufacturing process of it and it is absolutely perfect! If you're looking to build a vintage style telecaster on a low budget this is the ticket . The finish is flawless all the holes drilled out are perfect. .Great for builds that follow the traditional Fender lay-out; fasten together, set up and play (with the exception of the vintage neck pickup wood-mount configuration, now comes without those pilot holes). Departing from the vintage pickup and/or bridge configuration will call for tricky modifications.
