The stool looks good and does look just like the photos. The problem I have with it is that the padding is really skimpy. I was looking for a padded stool for extended practice sessions, but this one doesn't have enough to keep skinny guitar players from coming away with a sore bottom.It comes disassembled, but is easy to assemble with included tools or your own adjustable wrench, etc.
I would recommend it, so long as you're ok with the padding being just a shade better than a plain wooden stool.

.Wrong part (The big circle ring diameter is too large)and can't assembly to the stool legs. Suggest musician's friend contact the supply source to report the wrong part on this item. Finally I make modification to fixed. I have purchased additional screws, nuts and washers to achieved the modification.

.Good for guitar players and sturdy. I thought the Height might not work but it works well. I like to cross my legs to put the guitar where I want it. Some reviewers complain about the padding being too thin. Compared to the wooden kitchen chair I normally use this stool is comfortable enough.

.A little difficult to assemble for one person, but that provided for a very tight, sturdy fit once it was all together. It's very comfortable to sit on, and the design looks really nice.

.This stool is exactly what I was looking for. Its sturdy and very well constructed and the perfect height for practicing my Guitar. I am a beginner taking Guitar lessons and needed a stool that was comfortable, swivels, has a bar for my feet and that wasn't too tall. This one only 2 feet tall and the perfect height. And it looks awesome ! I would recommend this product to anyone with one caution. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and everything came with it that you need to put it together but...getting the metal ring that you can rest your feet on that goes on the outside around the 4 legs was challenging to say the least. It took me and my son to get the last two legs attached to the ring. The screws were long enough but would not reach the other side of the hole in the legs without a lot of brute strength to push the legs to the metal ring. Other than that it was a piece of cake.
