Product Features

U.S.-designed Paramount Series acoustic instruments are finely crafted and specially voiced to bring your artistic vision to life. Each all-solid guitar offers many legacy design elements of classic ’60s models, including special checkerboard binding and rosettes, unique pickguard shape, and abalone and mother-of-pearl "Concert Tone" fretboard inlays. And even with this Art Deco look, Paramount instruments still retain their footing in modern design. All-new Fender- and Fishman-designed PM preamp systems are equipped with specially voiced for each body shape in the series, ensuring complete tonal control and variation.

Available in an elegant natural finish, the Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar features not only thoughtful vintage appointments, but also the craftsmanship of a truly high-performing instrument. Crafted from premium all-solid tonewoods such as upgraded East Indian rosewood back and sides and Sitka spruce top and equipped with quartersawn scalloped "X" bracing, the PM-3 Deluxe 000 cutaway model is designed with freely vibrating, resonant tone in mind. It also features a fast-playing "C"- shaped mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, both of which are designed to accommodate the most demanding playing styles.

Includes hardshell case.

Got this to be more comfortable transition from my electric guitars. Former acoustic a Seagull, with a wide fret board. Sounds real good plugged in, not plugged in, I wish it were louder. When a lowered the bridge if found the bridge sits on a wire, part of the electronics. The tone snob in me doesn't love this set up, but it sound really good plugged in to my P.A. By the way, don't expect a well traveled guitar to have a perfect set up, I feel this is not a reasonable expectation. Learn how to set up your guitars and quit winning about it. This guitar is made out really great materials, for the price point. Yes, it doesn't sound as good as a $3000 Taylor or Martin acoustically. I think, it may be the best guitar for the money. If you play acoustics, don't rule it out because it's a Fender. It plays great. I was blown away how good it sounds when I got new strings on it.
