I'll continue the 2 star trend.
This thing isn't even close to 20 foot long (I don't care how much you stretch it). After gently massaging and easy pulling, and stretching, and over-all taking the stiffness out of the coils....I am lucky to get 10 feet out of it.
The cable DOES look really cool, and is built really well...but stop trying to sell it as a 20 foot cable---it's not about how much cable it takes to MAKE it...it's about how much USEABLE cable is there for the purchaser (yes, I physically measured the USEABLE cable, and it's 10 feet before you start popping the jacks out of the amp or guitar). Glad I only paid nineteen-ninety nine for it on Stupid Deal Of The Day instead of the thirty-five it is advertised for today---because it would have been sent back.
I'll keep it and use it---but I won't be more than 10 feet from my amp when I do.
Can't recommend this one people; sorry.

P.S.- If this was advertised as a 10 foot cable, I would have no problem giving it 5 stars, because it IS a strong, well built cable that looks fantastic....but it's NOT a 20 foot cable, and never will be; and that ticks me off.

.Honestly, I've never put much thought into a guitar cable. Unless the cable has a bad connection and is scratchy, you just plug it in and play. I've always bought medium quality cables, such as this one, and honestly can't tell a difference between this and a more expensive one anyway. All of that came to a crashing halt upon trying this cable for the first time. The cable is 20 feet long if it weren't coiled up. If I get more than two feet away from my pedalboard, this thing will literally rip my first pedal off of my pedalboard, despite some strong, well placed Velcro.
This cable made me yell, scream, scream at the top of my lungs, cry while laying in the fetal position, and eventually laugh manically from temporary insanity.
The icing on the cake... I paid with paypal, which means that I can only return it and have to pay shipping both ways out of what I paid for it. I bought this as a Stupid Deal Of The Day (apparently I'm the stupid one for buying it) for almost half price, which means that there would be nothing left except for this curse lifted off of me. A small price to pay, but still not what I had hoped.
Instead I'll keep it for personal protection, or perhaps put it on a tiny boat, push it out to sea, and light it on fire with a flaming arrow. Either way, I DO NOT recommend purchasing this cable unless you are already in therapy or just need to practice your anger management skills.

.Don't waste your money on this. I bought it on the Stupid Deal of the Day at 1/2 price and wasted 80% of my money. Only use for this chord is if you have a mini amp that hangs from your belt. Best use I can imagine would be as a bungee chord. Extremely light weight. Connectors are what you would find on budget low end cables. This is definitely an idea gone wrong.

.Very well made instrument cable. Coil design eliminates the lose cable from becoming tangles in feet or other equipment. The coil is very strong and therefor will pull small amps around while stretching.

.Now it is a quality made cable, yet it's lifespan is questionable due to the tension that it bears on the jacks. If you are plugged into pedals, don't move much or have the pedals secured big time, because this cable will drag them right behind you. It's just that rigid. I hope it lose some of the tension strength soon. Perhaps it was the goal of the design to serve people who don't move very much. If that's you ? then this is for you because it looks great, and it is very solid. I'll recommend this cable to stationary friends.

.Good enough quality cable, but is more realistically usable for 5' maximum. I was disapointed in lenght after reading it was a 20' cable. Maybe 20' total but could are tight and springy Andy not like vintage coil cables.

.3 ft when retracted, only stretches to 6 ft, tops. Nowhere near the advertised length unlike many other coiled cables that I own (Lava, VOX.) Totally happy with the quality; just disappointed at the lack of reach.

.Give this overly heavy duty, tightly coiled "20 foot" guitar cable to a fellow guitar or bass player in your band and watch the hilarity as he tries to walk away from his rig while his guitar gets yanked off his chest. Or, better yet, he gets pulled backwards and falls. Oh the laughs!
I do believe this would work well as a tow cable. Keep it in your trunk.for emergencies.

.I play standing close to my amp but with a lot of movement. The coils hang nicely in the air and keep me from stepping on a longer cable. I can venture out 10-15 ft if need be and no strain. Sounds as good as other high quality coils I have tried. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

.Would be a good cable, but 20 ft is generous. You would have to hook both ends to tractors and pull in opposite directions to make this thing 20 ft. Functionally I can plug one end into my guitar and the other end into my amp and stand right next to it. It's wound so tight if I move I'll pull the amp over. I'm not complaining, I got it on SDOTD and will find a use for it, but don't get this thinking you can plug your guitar into your pedal board if you're over 4 feet tall.
