I'm a student Classical player, I bought this as my starter.I ordered one of these and the top nut was too low... as in completely unplayable. So I fixed that.I've used D'Addario Pro Arte strings in it, to be honest they sounded bland.My professor recommended Oasis Carbon Treble strings.. tried em out, AMAZING sound! (check them out!)They made this laminated chinese model sound better than some of my colleagues $500+ student guitars!So cheap guitar, yes. .It seems as if the frets were never filed. Each one is razor-sharp on both sides of the neck. There is also significant fret buzz all over the neck. BOTH of these issues were obvious on two separate GA3s. Where is the quiality control?!

.The edges of the frets on this guitar are razor sharp. It's basically unplayable because as you run your hands up and down the neck you cut your fingers. I did exchange it for an identical guitar and the second one had the same problem. I don't know if there was just one manufacturing run with this defect or if it just how they make them. Our guitar teacher said this is definitely not normal.
Bottom line: we returned it and bought another brand.

.i'm still playing this guitar' it sound is still great for the price will someday upgrade but i have no need to hurry because the guitar sound is still unbelievable.
