The SR750 is a handsome 4-string bass designed with the working musician in mind. The Mahogany body, combined with a Bubinga top, creates a warm balanced tone that is punchy and articulate. Bubinga is an excellent tonewood with qualities and has become known for its responsiveness and resonance. The SR750 sports a 5-pc Jatoba/Bubinga SR4 neck and a Rosewood fretboard, embedded with elegant Abalone oval inlays. An Accu-cast B300 bridge provides excellent string vibration transfer and precise intonation.
For electronics, the SR750 features Nordstrand CND pickups in a classic P/J combination, a versatile setup almost indispensable for the working musician. Specifically designed for Ibanez, these passive pickups deliver a very present tone that easily punches through any mix. Equalization controls include a 3-band Active EQ with a bypass switch for precise tone management.

The Nordstrand pickups tied to Ibanez's incredible preamp in this bass is truly exciting. If you can't get the tone you are looking for out of this bass, there is either something wrong with you or your amp.It really sounds that good. Light as a feather with a typical thin jazz style neck and string spacing this bass will propel you any where you want to be in the band mix. Tight, audible, great low end and everything else for that matter. It could very well be the best sounding bass I have ever owned in 50+ years of playing!
