I recently needed an acoustic guitar that was able to be plugged into the P.A. at our local Church. I am a well experienced Strat player but was lacking in any decent acoustic guitars and decided to purchase one. After several trips to local music shops including a couple of G/C's around the metro I purchased the Washburn WLD10SCE. I bought it on Saturday and used it on Sunday and was very pleasantly surprised how well it sounded running straight through the PA. I had a few minor issues at first, the action was extremely low for an acoustic and the high e and b strings were fretting out at the 10th fret. I changed strings and saw that the neck was perfectly flat so I adjusted it and found it to be very simple and took care of the string fretting out issue. The action is still very low and for an electric guy that's alright with me. I did have an issue with one of the bridge pegs (not sure if that's the official definition) the A peg kept popping out but I manged to reach success after a few attempts. The workmanship on mine is absolutely beautiful , didn't see anything in this price range that even came close to this. But the sound is what its all about and this one is a beauty both plugged and unplugged.
