About the guitar: This Concert-R model was made by So Kimishima. He is the grandson of Masaru Kohno and the nephew of Masaki Sakurai, and he has worked for over 10 years as a luthier in the Sakurai workshop. The spruce top of this beautiful guitar and the red-hued Indian Rosewood back and sides give the guitar a warm, appealing appearance. The rosewood binding and back strip are embedded between two plain green stripes. The sound is warm but forceful with pearly trebles, and it has an excellent response. The tuners are made by Fustero. A hard-shell case is included.
