Product Features

The fearsome RRTMG Pro Series Rhoads from Jackson features an alder body, 3-piece through-body maple neck with graphite reinforcement and hand-rubbed oil finish, compound-radius (12"-16") ebony fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets and alumiloid shark fin inlays, white neck and headstock binding, EMG 81 (bridge) and 85 (neck) humbucking pickups with 3-way toggle switching, anodized black aluminum control plate, string-through-body TonePros fully adjustable bridge, black hardware and Dunlop strap locks.

Crafted with more than three decades of Jackson experience and expertise, Pro Series guitars feature volcanic pickups from pro makers EMG, perfectly sculpted maple necks with hand-rubbed oil finishes, and 24-fret compound-radius fingerboards in rosewood, maple and ebony that curve more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flatten out approaching the body for wicked-fast runs and crazy-high bends without fretting out. Case sold separately.

Let me start that I got this guitar at condition 2. Looks new and everything inspected was fine. Of course I had to make some environment settings but once its all done, Jackson rules! The guitar shreds and jams great with the EMGs. I got the silver burst, stunning. My favorite Gibson LP is the silver burst. This Paint job sets it off. The play and sound is above all and the confort is right on. Folks, this ain't a cheap V. Well balance. For the tonepros locking bridge, the EMGs, the neck though and the balance, this thing rocks. Jackson necks are my top favorite. The string though body sustains great! This is my go to guitar. Can't wait to play this thing live. Take time to set your guitar. It will take 1 to 3 times or more. But once it's set you'll be shredding. Worth the money.

Jackson RRTMG Randy Rhoads Pro Electric Guitar Blue Burst
.My first pro guitar ever! When I finally got it I realized that these models ARE NOT MADE in America or USA as stated. Very bummed about the bait and switch! The EMG 85 has zero crunch which is a serious disappointment since the guitar is for serious metal. I switched out batteries, used new cable to no effect. Sounds like my old Fender Stratt made in Taiwan with single coil pick-up. The custom case barely fits the guitar. Very clean sustain, ebony fret board is like silk, front pick-up knob lop-sided and needs re-set. The string seat at the end of the neck is cheap material. The one piece neck through body? Not so sure it's actually a one piece as stated. Looks more like a fitted neck, sanded down, glued, then polished to look like a one piece. Overall the guitar, when strapped fits like a glove, action is sweet and the tune o matic stays in tune (for the most part).
