This bass is set up for nice low action, but with no fret buzz.  It plays great, looks great, feels great and sounds like a bass costing twice this much.  These are some of the most balanced, comfortable to play basses made in my opinion.
Satin finished Alder body, 7 piece maple neck, Just a Nut III Tedur nut, 2-piece Warwick bridge, and the active electronics altogether make this a lot of bass for the money.  I also like that this model year was the first year they went back to just the normal W on the headstock instead of the cheesy RockBass logo'd headstock.  So, really the only thing here that says "RockBass" is the truss rod cover, and that is pretty small.  So, very little here to distinguish this from its big brother Corvette.
This bass is also VERY light weighing in at only 7lbs 14oz !!
