This item has box, instructions, power supply, and is in great condition.  This pedal was kept on a pedalboard mounted on top of a keyboard stand, so no foot has touched this pedal.  Also, the pedalboard that it was kept on, has a hardshell case to protect it even further.  This pedal has a boat load of pre-sets and you can have endless hours of fun with this thing.
