Here we have a vintage Yamaha SG2000 in Cherry Sunburst. This guitar is the same type played by SANTANA in the 70's, truly incredible tone. You really have to play this guitar. As shown in the pictures there is normal wear and tear that goes along with any played guitar. The worst damage is to the upper headstock where a small piece is taken out. Look at any SG2000 on here or Ebay and you will see similar damage, it would appear that this is a common area for damage on this type of guitar. Normal scratches and dings are present, a beautiful patina is present on the hardware, again all normal wear for this type of guitar. The neck is strait and the guitar was recently setup with light action and fresh all over adjustment from the pickups, tail piece, bridge and intonation. This guitar is heavy and solid. It has sustain for days. It was tested through a Marshall valve amp and a Vox Ac15TB, it sounded so good overdriven and sparkly clean. Comes with original hard shell case and strap.
