I have a 1964 strat. I bought this guard for a different strat. I've compared it to my real '64. This is a very close match - best I've seen. One thing, there is no foil shielding on this guard. I bought that separately.Fender '62 Stratocaster Replacement Pickguard
.Great product for your 62 Strat pick guard replacement. Only issue was no shielding on back. Some Alum tape fixes that.
