The discription on this neck is rather vague, so I took a chance. It's is a c profile, it's on the slim side but not to thin. (I generally prefer fatter necks) the medium jumbo frets are dressed nicely and it was a perfect fit for a fender telecaster body I purchased at the same time.I had no issues setting the truss rod or intonation. I didn't bother with the factory nut and installed a graphtech pre cut unit.
The headstock face is gloss, the backside is a matte finish which feels great.
