I had these P/U's installed in my Warmoth Tele Body and they are amazing. Tons of spank and pop on the clean side and a nice crunch on the driven side. I had to adjust the string action a little lower than what I am used to, but once that was done they really came alive. I play them clean for the country sound & then overdrive them for blues and rock. Really happy with them, would deff purchase another set!

.Got this set to put in my American Tele Deluxe that came with Fender's Noiseless pickups and WHOA what a difference ! Before it was lacking that throaty spank & quack of a good Tele and now it has it all. I wired it through its S-1 Switching for parallel & series and I can't put it down. Run through a good compressor with some reverb and I'm in Tele Heaven with thoughts of Don Rich & Buck Owens then kick on some gain and I'm Brad Paisley. Just get a set or even just a bridge pickup and transform your weal so-so Tele into a go to tone monster you've always dreamed of ! I'm glad I did.

I replace the pick ups in my MexiTele and it sounds better than an American. The tone of the neck/rhythm pickup is golden bell tones and the bridge/lead chimes better than any other lead. Teamed with a tube screamer pre-amp and the world is yours. Clearly heard above 3 other guitars, bass, and piano with either lead or rhythm pickups. Custom shop knocked it out of the park on these pups.

.I picked up a set of these on eBay for not much and used them to swap out the Tex Mex pickups on an old Mex Tele. Holy smokes, what a difference! Now it sounds like a Tele. These things are the real deal. Pop, sparkle, twang, quack, gnarl, all the things you want from a Tele. Terrific.

.I purchased these pickups for my '85 Japanese Squier Tele by Fender. I bought the guitar new and never liked the sound. I tried "hot" pickups which I regret;I shoud have just had a pro setup. I now love this guitar and consider it just as nice(maybe better) than my Fender tele (Mexican made). The pickups are balanced and sweet stock sounding.

.I pulled out a set of Texas Specials for these and made the right decision.
Improved tone and impressed with the output even though rating was less.
I added a 4 way switch and cover a plethora of sounds.

.Installed these in my DIY Tele project. I love the sound! No noise and they capture that vintage Fender Tele sound. Easy to install if you have some soldering skill. I combined these pickups with the Allparts 4way switch wiring kit which I also highly recommend.

.I love these pickups. I have used them to upgrade one Fender tele and one Squier tele. I highly recommend this model.
