Guitar had damage to the head stock.The damage was colored in with a sharpie !!
Then customer service wanted to make a deal and give me a lower price on the guitar, but first I had to take pictures and upload them so they could see how much or how little damage there was.
I have made over 5 purchases from them and there treatment of valued customers is poor. Just make me an offer and lets settle on a price!!
I returned the guitar for a full refund, which took almost 2 weeks! and I will never buy from them again.

.I was in need of a 12 String acoustic...with pickup and with a built in tuner. I gig allot in Nashville and a 12 string is a nice addition to the arsenal. The Hellcat met all of the above. Most 12 strings are limited in what they have to offer. Either you are paying for the name or quality. And most do not offer what the Hellcat comes with.
The quality blew me away! I received the guitar the day of a rehearsal. Played great, sounded great. Played a gig the night after. Played great, sounded fantastic! I played the guitar for 90% of the four hour gig. I tune the guitar once. That was it. For a Made in China instrument, This was a great find.
I am tempted to purchase the 6 string version.

.I play prewar slide and this is really nice for that, good sustain and tone. The reason I gave it four stars is its a walking advertisement for the signature artist, the decoration is a detraction, IMHO the name on the trussrod cover would have been enough.

.I was impress by how good it looked. It played well out of the box but the action needed some adjustment. Easy fix. The fishman electronic tuner is not accurate. Pluged into my Korg and solved the problem. All in all it's a good instrument and has a good sound for the money. I am happy with it and would play it anywhere.
